Posted - 09 September 2008 : 12:58:09 Hi Zamfir,
Good advice, i called my court prior to find out how many they needed, they told me 3 but some only 1 or 2.
HM,
Give your court a call, it could mean the difference of saving the tree and making the birds homeless.
LOL

Posted - 09 September 2008 : 12:41:28 Check your car section, as my car was listed twice on my online forms. This may just've been one of my blonde moments, but it was embarrasing when the court official screened the form.
I only had to take the copy of my form to the courthouse.

Posted - 09 September 2008 : 12:27:11 I for one had nightmares when I opened the pack with the BR forms. But after someone on here recommended using the online service, it all became clearer (the ZX Spectrum baby in me!)

Posted - 09 September 2008 : 10:09:55 Hi HM
Thats good. I aim to please. :-)
It looks more scary when you see the forms printed.
I dont know about you but i knew we had debts but when the form printed in draft mode i was like, OMG! it cant be, but oh yes it was.
It was then that it seemed so real.
Good luck with it all and keep on posting.

Posted - 09 September 2008 : 09:25:26 Ah what i did HM was when i submitted them it mentions about PDF file before you make the final submission, i then saved it right then and printed it off.
I could then check it through and make changes, when i was happy i completely submitted them.
All the forms are there both parts, everything is there that you need for the court.
Good luck.

Posted - 09 September 2008 : 09:18:37 Hi Jo, I have done ours online as well, (good job because ours are so complicated, 4 cars, 7 houses, 3 ltd companies etc!!) B---dy nightmare!! So, if I read you correct when I have done all the SOA online then form 6.27 will be printed as well. The only thing I have identified with the online forms is that you can't print them to look and then go back to change them. |
