Hi!
I wonder if anyone could clear up a rumour that I've heard that the lengths of time people are undischarged for in bankruptcy is going to change from next month.
I can't find any info on the net to back this up. Anyone heard it on this forum?

Hi Dave
As far as i am aware that is purely a rumour.
I have seen nor heard anything and the main experts on here like Suzanne, Julian and John would have informed us.
So i would just pass that of as just a rumour.
If im wrong someone will no doubt correct me but i think on this occasion i could be right.
