in theory you are able to be self employed in Br ( provided that it is you Trading As and not as a Director of a Ltd Company)
there are some issues depending upon what you actually do.
What do you actually do?
You will not be able to have a bank account in a Trading Name so you will need to be able to bank under our own name.
