Good Luck DG67 for your court date next week.

Im sorry to hear about your past problems, i hope that now you will be able to get your life back on track.

My anxiety and stress caused us in the end to have to go BR, mainly like you because money was tight and we just could not manage anymore.

Keep smiling. :-)

thanks for that, i thought it was but got different opinions - been off work for 6 months with anxiety and depression just returned to teaching assistant job and child tax credit have stopped all monies and had to reduce working hours cos of health then realised that although everything is paid up to date, i now cannot meet any debt obligations and we have just got enough to live on this is causing more stress and worry, my union suggested BR - i have a court date for tuesday 16th at 9.30, i am so stressed i can't think straight, going to CAB in morning to see if i can get someone to check my forms,

Hi
you have to put the expenditures to the household in full.
You will also have entered your monthly net income, if any, and your husband's monthly contribution to the household in section 6.
