Hi All,

I know this will be on here somewhere, but when doing list of assets, should I include everything? Such as pc, sofa, bed, computer desk, table etc? Or is there a value to go down to?

Hi Darren,

Check the tennancy agreement to see if there is a clause regarding BR. However, it has been known for the OR not to contact the landlord if you can justify a reason why not.

Hi Darren,

Unless you have any antiques, just list as "general households goods worth £250".

Your car should be detailed in Section 3 of the SOA where details of finance company etc are requested. Likewise, a company car can go in 3.9.

List the property down as owining it, but ensure the secured lending is also listed in the unsecured section as well. You can clarify the position at the OR meeting.

The OR contacts the landlord as standard procedure.

Hi - couple more Q's

1. My car, which is on HP, how should this be listed? Is it a car I own, or a car someone else owns? I take it I also list the company in my creditors?

2. A company car - is this listed in cars someone else owns?

3. Properties I own - I have been in touch with the mortgage company and handing back keys - but am i still classed as owning this property?

4. Would the OR only contact the landlord if we were behind with payments on the rent? Or will they do it anyway?
