Posted - 14 September 2008 : 18:25:52 I have mental health issues and am waiting to be diagnosed as to whether I have severe or manic depression ( I had to give up job as boss was putting too much pressure on I am also reg. blind am married and wondered if this would affect us going bankrupt- also I have read dla gets taken into account is this true/ |

As I mentioned in my previous post, your health issues are a mitigating and contributing factor. As such, you'll find the court and the OR sympathetic to your situation.
