Posted - 16 September 2008 : 11:26:48 Good luck with it all Kadge,
Let us know how you get on and most of all keep smiling. :-)
Oh Kadge i read on your old posts that it took ages to get paperowrk from the OR with reggards to the I&E you were allowed, did you get these in the end and how long, as we have been BR 6 weeks now and not had anything from them.

Hi bankruptcy usually lasts for 12months and you are usually discharged on the first anniversary of your Court date.
When the OR has completed his investigations, and if this is done quite quickly, the OR may write and offer you early discharge which means you won't have to wait the full 12 months. It won't cost you anything and your case is closed permanently.
If it's offered go for it!
www.Bankruptcyhelp.org.uk 0800 078 9367 Thank you so much for you reply, all this jargon gets me confused, pitu the payments aren't discharged as well.
Many thanks I may not have posted very often but since April I have constantly read the posts on this site and the information has been invaluable.

Posted - 15 September 2008 : 20:49:47 Hi Jo of course we will. It's always obvious when one of the regulars is missing. Dare say you'll be busy on here for a couple of days yet. Hope you have a great holiday.
I have a day off from the forum tomorrow but for work reasons unfortunately.
Take care.
