my husband had his wages paid into another account as he didn;t have a bank account at the time and his employment refused to pay him by cheque- the bank account was a relation, however he needed to pay his wages in somewhere, wll they take this into account if we are up front about it/ Am slightly worried. |

Hi Sky,
I went bankrupt in Nov 07, and since then I have had my wages paid into my sister's account every month, and she pays all of my direct debits.
I have just negotiated with nationwide to keep my FlexAccount with them as it wasnt included in the bankruptcy - as it was a Joint aaccount with my mother, so will be getting my wages put in there from next month.
But, there were no problems using my sister's account for my wages.

Hi Sky
I think you should be ok, my brother went BR a year or so ago and did the same, he carried on having his wages paid into that account until such time he could get one himself.
