I am due to go bankrupt on 20th October and I am self employed.
I have not paid my tax bill which was due on 31st July which was for my tax bill owed 2006/07 and I am about to fill in self assesment tax return for 2007/08. Will all tax owed from my self empolyment prior to my Bankruptcy October 20th be included in my bankruptcy.
I don't want to find that after bankruptcy I will still owe tax that I haven't included in my bankruptcy.

All tax due prior to the date of the bankruptcy will be caught up in the bankruptcy. You then start afresh the day after so your new tax year will commence from 21 October.
