after taking advice from several sources i finaly went bankrupt this morning, huge sigh of relief, it was short lived, i came home to find a summons on my doorstep from dwp, what the hell do i do now, i will swear till me dying day that im innocent, that day may not be far at this rate, i suffer with mental illness and cant take anymore. please someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Hi Jacqui.
Just wanted to echo what Jo's said in her posts. Give the helpline a ring and they'll be able to advise you. Please keep some perspective on all this, hon. I know it's hard and very scary at times, but you'll get through it.

I wish i could talk to you, r u ok. Oh mate i am so sorry for what your going through, but please please dont do anything silly, you know that we are all here for you, im here for you. I dont want you to feel alone.
Maybe i could get the helpline to give you my mobile or home number if you were to call them, just for someone else to speak to.
Please please keep on coming on here, let me know what you want to do.
