my circumstances wont change til around febmarch time by which time i will be 4/5 months in and still wont have any DI as i will be £174 short including CB and i believe they dont count this so in real terms i am £299 short.

how can you show a negative in your expenditure?? does the OR look kindly on this??

Hi
yes that's fine but remember once you move into the rental you must notify the OR immediately of your change of circumstances regarding I&E which may raise your disposable income to a level whereby an IPA is imposed.

No we didnt.
We put the mortgage payments even though we are not paying them.
As far as I see it you need to put the figures that are applicable on the day you declare BR.
