Hi there

there are a couple of things here that you need to think about.

Firstly is the value of the cars. You need to be able to demonstrate that the value of the car is £2k and that is is necessary to to and from work, and that there is no other viable alternative such as bus / train etc etc etc . You can research the value of the car via Parkers guide available online.

Clearly in central London cars can be more difficult to justify because of the availability of public transport.

With regard to your position if you are not in employment it can be much more difficult to justify the need of a car and certainly a classic car such as the porsche.

You may be able to negotiate with the OR re the requirement for another car by virtue of the fact that you are seeking work / having interviews etc etc etc .

You may benefit from a longer conversation with a bankruptcy specialist regarding this.

hope this has helped
