are the allowances for income and expenditure, agreed on the telephone by the OR, genuine or can they be altered later, besides obvious alterations for the ups and downs of income.

Hi dogs,

Have you agreed and signed a IPA yet? Basically if anything changes and it becomes difficult for you to pay, you make the OR aware and they will decide whether your IPA needs to be altered.
