I have no idea!!!

I don't have any kids, it's just me and my partner, who isn't bankrupt.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Hi skippy, just looked at your blog regarding your payments to OR, wondered how they work it all out!!! Have you got kids to account for too?

When you get to £250. There's a table in my blog which shows the full list.

It can be up to 70%, depending on how much disposable income you have. I pay 60%, but it's nice knowing I've got something!

In bankruptcy they will only take half of your disposable income so you will have some personal money

Thanks Maizie and Skippy

Yes they are aware that im going to be going br also so do my present bank, and they have said they will not freeze it and to keep them updated.

At least i will now be able to keep household expenses aside from any personal money i wont have ..lol

You will need to list it on your BR forms.

If you have opened it before bankruptcy then I think you may do. I opened mine just after so sorry I can't be of any more help. Did you make the co-op aware of your pending bankruptcy?

Maizie
