Dear Forum

As I understand it, the OR will want to see all my Statements for all my Bank Account / Credit Cards etc.

One of my debts is with Egg Card and all the Statements are Online. How would I get hold of the Statements for the OR?

Hi D&C
I had my telephone interview so other than a few letters to come through it's all pretty much done for me now unless my circumstances change, i.e any pay rise. Glad this bi is over now.

Try not to worry too much, just put as much detail on your forms as you can and don't panic if you don't have everything as i've said before the OR can get any statements etc. ost of all just be honest and everything will work out and you can look forward to a debt free future. Good luck!!

Hi Nat

Ok that's good - sometimes it's hard on these forums to say things without some people maybe taking it the wrong way if you know what I mean?!

Yeah I am slowly getting there. My BR is going to happen soon. Need to get stuck into the forms etc.

Were you at Court today? Hope everything went ok for you.

Take care.

Hi Nat!

Ok sorry if I cam across as being insensitive - I did not realise the situation you were in sorry...

You are completely right - your kids' well-being is the most important thing.

It sounds like you have a very understanding and philosophical boss too!

Good luck with everything.

Hi

Thanks for that but unfortunately this is all about the kids so the ex is very involved. I got confused and thought i'd put something about it on this thread, sorry!!

In the big scale of things being BR is not such a big deal to me right now. There are more important things in the world than money, my kids being one of them. And please no-one take that the wrong way as I do know how stressed out money can make you, i really have been there, but when it comes to your kids safety and well-being everything else does sink back into the background including BR.

SO on a positive note, when all you guys get to the court, you can finally give a sigh of relief that the light at the end of the tunnel is that much closer. And although i haven't had my interview yet, Wednesday being the big day on that one, my OR has already shown that she is no ogre and that any info you don't have she can get so I'm not worried too much about it all. After all, all i can do is be honest and the rest of it really is out of my hands now and the same will be for all you guys out there. And after all that money is not going to be the problem that it has been as the debt is wiped away and you can really start afresh and start having a more positive outlook on life. And as my boss said to me today, for all the pain that we go through it does mould us as individuals and for the most part people become much better for it.

I'll shut up now!!!

Oh no! Sorry to hear that. I hope it goes ok.

Surely if they are an 'Ex' then it does not concern them???

Good luck with it all anyhow and take care!
Nat Posted - 29 September 2008 : 18:06:41
Thanks but somehow think I might need more luck for tomorrow the ex has no idea what I am doing and when he does I might just have to do a runner! Wednesday is going to be a walk in the park compared to the doo dahs that are going on right now.

Thankyou anyway hon

Ok thanks again Nat and good luck for Wednesday!

Hi
Glad they came off okay for you. My OR only asked for the last 12 months but it probably depends on the OR that you get I guess.

I haven't got any of mine as I had an IVA and gave them all to my IP. My OR is etting hold of them so don't wory if you don't have everything. I have my interview on Wednesday so will post and let you know hw it all goes.

Hi Nat!

Yep just tried it and they print off ok.

The only problem I have now is that they only date back to October 2007 and I have had the Egg Card from January 2007.

As I understand it, the OR needs 2 years' worth of Statements - is this correct?
dazed and confused Posted - 29 September 2008 : 16:34:43
Ok thanks Nat!

I will try this.
Nat Posted - 29 September 2008 : 16:31:00
hi again
if you bring it up on your screen and then hit your print button it should do??
I did this with all my online banking statements and had no problem. Or maybe you could save it, there should be a button on there somewhere that you can do that ans then print it off.

Like I said before though, if you can't get it printed off just explain to the OR and they can get copies if they want them.
