think i am almost there...stressful or what!!!!!!!

can any one tell me the first form of the soa affidavit is this section including the name add all filled in at the court or do i need to enter those details now.

also i think bankrupt C said a court clerk goes thro the form and checks it,,is this correct and if anything needs amending will they do it before it goes before the judge.....its just that i read in a previous post someone had been to the cab and they cldnt go ahead because the form was incorrect....this has panicked me.

i have put everything in the form except the current bank balance as i have some dd's due out tom so will get the balance of that account then. some of the exact figures may be a little out ie the mortgage bal, the redemption fee i have just put redemption fee cos i do not know how much it is, and i have put shortfall and obviously no amount cos i hvnt a clue what it would be.

does this sound ok?

thanks

Hi all

Good luck to you all. You'll all be fine I'm sure and once it's over you should be able to relax a bit more

Hi soscared.

You sound like you're getting there. We filled it all in at home, and just signed it at court. Yes, the clerk will go through the paperwork with you before it gets to the judge. If there are any slight amendments needed, they will tell you and you can do it there and then. I can't see any reason for it not going through, unless someone's left huge gaps that they can't possibly fill in there, or if they don't have the necessary information at court with them. The judge won't know that some of your figures are slightly out (ours were too!), so that won't matter at all.

What you've done sounds fine. Just make sure you've written 'possible shortfall' next to your mortgage and any secured loan, in BOTH secured AND unsecured sections.

Hope that helps slightly.

C. x
