Posted - 30 September 2008 : 22:08:52 Hi, I have a mobile phone on contract to o2, i am self employed and use it mainly for work ( all my customers know the number ), do o2 cancell the contract or can you explain this to the OR.

HI I HAD O2 AND THEY CANCELLED MY CONTRACT AS SOON AS THEY KNEW.THIS IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID, I MADE SURE I WROTE THEM IN ON MY SOA TOO.
YOU COULD RING THEM AND EXPLAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I COULD KEEP MY NUMBERS AND WOULD HAVE TO GO ON PAYGO.
THIS MAY HELP IF LIKE YOU SAY ITS WORK RELATED.
I HAVE SAVED SINCE MY PHONE CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED AS THEY DO SOME GOOD PAYG DEALS ON CALLS ETC.
