Posted - 01 October 2008 : 17:13:16 I think I have zero collateral on my property not sure purchased last year for £470000 and morgage is £404000 had valued about 3 months ago for £400000 will they accept this or will they have an other valuation done. if so when do I ask for my benifical interest to be purchased by my other half

If the OR needs an up to date valution they will ask also if you want to buy the BI just inform them at the time of your interview as they will then write to you about it.
