Posted - 02 October 2008 : 16:45:27 Hi went to court today and as you all said it was no where near as bad as i thought although I cried through it the whole way more to do with the devastation of building up my buisiness over 14 years and it just all crumbled around a few pieces of paper. Still can start up again if the OR is ok with this after my interveiw. So it will be a new challenge under new strict rules with no debt around my neck to give me a helping start. Hope everything went well for everyone else who went BR today and good luck to everyone in the future.
My life is a blank canvass again so i can start again afresh........

Thank goodness that bit is over for you, enjoy that bottle of wine tonight you deserve it.
I hope that things start to get sorted and that you can now have that much needed fresh start and a new life.
I know what you mean when you say you feel numb its weird but also nice at the same time. LOL

Posted - 02 October 2008 : 17:00:44 Hi thanks for all your kind wishes and support I still feel a bit numb at moment but will have a bottle of wine later I know the OR interveiw is still to come but glad that court thing is over I shook from head to toe. The even more scary thing was another 5 people were there waiting to file for BR at the same time, that was just this morning we all talked to one another whilst waiting for the judge and kept each other smiling, mind you they were a shoulder to cry on for me but it was the unknown I was terrified. But i dont know what I was so scared off the people in reception,the judge and the OR administator on the phone where extreamly proffessional, put me at ease and also very human and understanding. I thought they were going to be a linching mob but not at all, dont want to go though it againg everthough thats it for me with debt no cash no sale from here on. Dont worry about anything just do it and be happy.

Really pleased for you.
My Court date is 13th October - seems to be coming round quickly now and not got all the documents completed yet.
