Posted - 04 October 2008 : 23:01:44 Hi All
Me - AGAIN !!! i hear you say
Im really sorry, but i should stop mithering soon
Could someone please clarify something for me:
I am going BR a week on monday - my hubby is not. He is self-emplyed and in no debt and up to date with everything.
Do i need to put car and van expenditure on my I&E or just household expenses. Im sure someone has answered this somewhere before, but i am very unclear what to do.
Because his van, his car, his mobile etc all go through his accounts for the year, wouldnt the OR think that we were just accounting for them twice??
Any help is appreciated
Jenny

Posted - 05 October 2008 : 11:10:13 Hi Jenny
I know those forms can be very confusing but any mistakes the Clerk at the court along with the OR can help to clear them up :-)
I am feeling just as bad, i am just chilling really and trying to stop my pain in my head. Other than that still feel like poo. I went to bed early last night and woke at 7am refreshed but still bunged up, oh well it will work its way out, im just glad that i did not have it whilst we were away last week. Keep asking those questions we will try and help you. :-)

Posted - 05 October 2008 : 07:39:16 Hi Jenny
If you are not paying towards these and its your OH who pays these out of his money then i would have thought you would not write them in.
As you have said on a previous post its only what he contributes.
Hope that helps a bit.
