Hello, me again - still coming up with problems!

My bank account is an online version and I don't get bank statements, does the OR require them? If so, what do I do please?

I am doing the forms online a it only has an option of 'Freehold' or 'Leasehold' You have to select one of them!

I spoke to the insolvency service helpline today and they stated that the system needs updating so not to worry about it as the OR would sort it out. Doesn't seem quite right to me.

Hi nowayout ,

If you are renting you should put NONE in the freehold and leasehold section as this question is based on assets/property you own .
As for the furniture and household appliances we put NONE in the fixtures & fittings section as nothing was worth more than £250 which i understand is the benchmark
As for the insurance claim i dont know - sorry

Hope i have been of help but if not im sure one of the experts will be along soon to clarify ,

Take care ,

Andy

Thanks for your help.

Can I ask some more questions please :-)

I currently rent a council house but the online form only allows 'Freehold' or 'Leasehold' which do I choose please?

Where in the online forms do I put household furniture and appliances and how do I know how much to put down?

My insurance company is in the process of settling an accidental damage claim for a damaged television. The settlement will be in the form of 'Currys' vouchers in order to purchase a replacement TV. Do these vouchers or the purchased TV have to be included in the forms?

Thank you

I printed mine off and the OR didn't have a problem.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Hi nowayout,

Can you print them off for the OR? That's what we did and it was fine. The OR usually asks for 12 months' statements.

Hope that helps! Keep the questions coming. It's what we're here for! :-)
