Hi John,
I just had to say a huge THANK YOU for your help today. Just to have someone as a sounding board and to put a few things into perspective for me was a fantastic help. You made me realise how to move forward in the hope of the best outcome for our family and, fingers crossed, it looks like it just might have worked!

I'm pleased we finally managed to talk things through before Ian contacted the examiner and it looks like it may just have helped bring about a positive outcome for you and the family whilst at the same time giving you personally some options for your immediate future.

Am so pleased you seem to have got a good result to your problem . Was feeling for you when it seemed you wouldnt be able to talk to John before contact with the OR again .
