Posted - 08 October 2008 : 11:48:16 i have had to make myself bankrupt the official reciever asked me to sign an income payment agreement .so i now get a nt tax code .so i pay no tax. but pay what tax i would have been deducted to the receiver.does this mean after my bancruptcy is over i will owe the tax man all the unpaid tax |

Posted - 08 October 2008 : 14:43:27 Hey GT your right like i said once the NT code for the end of the financial year is over thats it, back to normal, so we dont have to pay anything else to the OR or the IR unless of course circumstances change and you get an income IPA before discharge of course.

Posted - 08 October 2008 : 14:38:54 From what I gather from Skippy I thought you only got a NT code until the end of the financial year, so if you go BR now last payment would be March 09?? Correct me if I am wrong. x |

No when your br is over and the code finishedd you will go back to normal.
You wont owe the IR anything.
