Posted - 09 October 2008 : 21:33:54 hi gettingthere have just looked up the compactlaw website and it says that you need form ex160 to claim and that the fee can be reduced if you are in receiptof income support, jsa, pension credit guarantee, you are in receipt of "legal help" from solicestor, "working tax credit where child tax credit is being paid or there is a disability or severe disability element and gross annualincome taken into account for the calculation of working tax credit" or to "pay the fee would cause you hardship" i hope that helps |

Posted - 09 October 2008 : 21:28:31 Hi gettingthere
You need to fill in form EX160 and the guidance notes are EX160A. You should be able to get them off her majesty's courts service (HMCS) website.
