Hi, Have been made bankrupt due to significant debts - all following the liquidation of my old business, which had pg's - to the sum of over £100,000. The only asset i have is my flat - which was worth at it's hight £185,000 with a mortgahe of £150,000 - now been estmated at around £150,000 - £160,000 with a £146,000 mortgage.

There was a fight between insovency practitioners, even though there is little or no equity. I have been informed it is as the creditors have 'another agenda' i.e. to cause me as much pain as possible through the liquidator.

Some of the creditors disagreed with this, as I have acted honerably throughout. However the 'unfriendly trustee' was awarded the win.

I understand this is unusual, but as i did nothing wrong - other than to make a good business successful - which i do not think is illegal, Is there anwhere i can go for help? I can not afford even the most basic of paid help.

regards,

Richard

Hi Richard and welcome

I would strongly recomend that you call our helpline as they will be able to go over your details a bit better in a phone call rather than on here. The number is 0800 078 9367
