Just a little bit of advice really please if you dont mind.
I have today and yesterday received letters from LLoyds TSB and Also AA Personal Loans that are closing statments.
The balance on the LLoyds one is 0 now but the one on the AA says the amount and wording "Closing balance". Now do i need to send these to my OR as obviously these debts are not in my hands anymore or would the OR have had their own copies sent to them but also the wording Closing Balance does that also mean that the accounts have now been closed.
Any help appriciated.
Thanks

And yes it does mean these accounts are now closed.
