So my first question is, how do you / can you declare bankruptcy in the UK when it's over 3 years since you left the country?
My second question - if the answer to Q1 is that its not possible, and I have to declare BR in the country that I now reside (Australia), does anyone know if my UK debt will be covered?
Thanks for your help!
