Posted - 13 October 2008 : 15:24:15 A friend went bankrupt last week and since then he has received a bill that was incurred back in April but has only just come through. Therefore this bill was not submitted in the bankruptcy papers. Will he be able to somehow get this wiped with the other debt as it was incurred previous to declaring himself bankrupt?
Hope you can help, I can't seem to find an answer for this anywhere? Thanks

It's fine, he just needs to send this bill into the examiner and they will contact the creditor.
Posted - 13 October 2008 : 15:35:01 HI thanks for your help, but unfortunately he has already had his interview and has been declared bankrupt. Is there anything he can do now? Thanks
