i have felt desperate today but phoned this site eventually to get advice on alternative bank account which i have just applied for (the co op were real nice on the phone) - just been franticly worried about my bank account being froz and no money for rent, food and thinking i would be on the streets at my age
i do have assistance with the citizens advice but they are very busy and i cant always get thro with questions so finding this site has been a lifeline as i have felt so depressed
i used to be a successful manager of a charity and gave a lot to others with all my heart but had a breakdown and the probs began then with money, i have been reading what others have said also - i guess with my mental health problem things seemed worse than they were - maybe i will write a book one day about it all
anyhow i have done my best with the br form and cant cry anymore as im now numb but have some hope after visiting here

I would start another thread in the buddies bit and ask admin if they could change it for you as like others have said your def not "Useless".

just to say i filled up when i read replies - what a big softy - will try now to change username (you are right tracy)
i guess im getting there - whereever that is, but feel better for finding this site - want to keep in touch and thank you so much again |

Well done for phoning the helpline. Everybody on this site really cares and although everyones experiences are different i'm afraid we have all ended up in the same boat.
