When you say you dont know to whom do you mean you cant remember the people to who you owe money to as i would say to you that yes you can go bankrupt but you would need details of some creditors to be able to fulfill the BR and the court and the OR would want to know this also.
Do you have any paperwork from any of your debts.
Do you have any assets like a home or car as they would need to be listed also and if not done properly they could be lost in the BR.
