Hi Carlam and welcome

When there are things like businesses and ltd companies involved i think that it is better to get proper advice.

While we can answer in a general point on this each case is so different and it is a little more complicated when a business is involved so i am going to give you our helpline number and ask that you give us a call, that way we can guide you properly as there could be more at stake and i dont want you to not get all the correct info and options.

The number is 0800 078 9367.

Best of luck

Jo x
