Im just wondering how soon after BR does it appear in the local paper ?
Also, does anyone know which paper it may go in if i went to Warrington County Court ?

The paper side of things is down to the OR and when they advise them of your BR status, so could be the same week or even sometime after.
As for the court question i dont have any knowledge on that, soz!
