Hi Needafriend,

Thanks for the info, however it's taken me a long time to get the OR's initial IPA figure of £213 per month down to £68, which is because I work as an IT Contractor which means effectively I am self employed, the NT Coding meant that I losted all my tax breaks and actually reduced my income because of the coding, so I don't want these solicitors messing up all the work I have done.

Regards

Delboy

Hi Delboy

I would then speak to them and explain this to them.

I know that with ours we have to send of our wage slips but our OR overestimated ours so i need ours down.

Hope this helps

Take Care

Sorry chaps looks like I messed this post up, by deleting the question. So I will put it in again although the wording might be a bit different.

So the collection solicitors want me to give them copies of the 3 weekly payslips prior to the week in which I was given the NT Tax Coding, I signed an IPA for an agreed figure of £68 per month, the solicitors are saying that they need to see these pay slips so they can work out how much I owe, my question if I have agreed with the OR a figure for the IPA, why do the solicitors think they need to calculate anything other than how much I need to pay since the NT Tax Coding came into being.

Thanks for your patients

Regards

Delboy

Hi delboy

That is perfectly normal i have also heard of others that have had letters from the collection solicitors asking to see the wage slips. Its just to make sure that you are indeed paying the correct amount.
