I have no idea what to put for this. My debts have been due to overspending

I can only say from my experience but i put jan 2007 and then on the extra pages given at end of form,i wrote that over the previous couple of years i had borrowed from peter to pay paul so in effect was struggling then but didn't realise it. This was totally true in my case, so you need to think back to see when you struggled, but you can add extra bits on the end pages. i would encourage you to do this because it lets the OR get more of a idea of your situation.
