Not 100% sure as still awaiting my OR interview but I think they request bank statements etc for the meeting (or phone interview which is normally what happens).
I have bank statements but don't have credit card statements but I believe they can request these from the companies.
Sorry can't be of much more help!

You take the three forms and the Debtor's Petition (single sheet at the front) and your money - that's it.
