Posted - 21 October 2008 : 10:56:18 Hi all, just to say thanks for all the support here. Heard from citizens advice at last and will go over forms again on Friday,before taking them to the court with the fee - will go straight there as i hate carrying cash round. I also phoned co-0p to say what was happening - i was panicking a bit as ive arranged to have my pension and benefits paid in with them, but they were reassuring - said the cashminder account was for people in my situation. So slowly feeling better - can pay my rent and eat next month, thanks again and my public thanks to the co-op bank for being so understanding.
