hi Heidi

I would strongley recommend that you give the helpline a call, they can offer some free advice and guide you through your options.

The last thing you want is to get stressed out as its not good for you or baby :-)

So please call 0800 078 9367 and leave a name and a message and someone will get back to you.

Take care

Hi Jo,
I took out the unsecured loan out last July and I've missed the last 4 payments. The repayments are just over £600 a month. I'm not left with anything at the end of the month at the moment, I don't own my home and my transport is a 125 motor bike, soon to sold due to my pregnancy. No I don't have anyother debts except to my parents. I'm very stressed about this loan and have never owed anything in my life before.

Thanks
Heidi

Hi harrypotter, welcome to the forum and congrats on your forthcoming arrival.

Is this the only debt you have. Have you missed any payments to it and any others?

You say you dont have any assets i take it that also means no car or anything like that.

When you took out the loan how along ago was it and also have you made the payments up till now?

Have you considered an IVA or DMP, this could also help but is dependent on how much money you have left over per month after paying your essential expenses.

What are your total outgoings and also your incomings.

Thanks

Jo
