If you feel there is a definate case to be argued for annulment, perhaps you should get some expert legal insolvency advice. There are a number of legal firms around who are real experts in this field and they may be able to help you get this sorted.

Posted - 27 October 2008 : 19:06:16 hello suzanne, yes the order was made at the end of march, he died at 8th August. The thing is he had leukemia and it was becoming increasingly impossible for him to have the energy to fight his case. The order was made in his absence, he was rushed in for a blood transfusion on the day the judgement was made. He didn't let me know what was going on until the bankruptcy happened, he was a very private man. Anyway its extremely complicated to say the least. There are many twists in the 'story' which i don't even know where to begin. vonnie |

Was the Bankruptcy Order actually made before your fathers death?
