Hi Siobhan
My OR did not contact my lettign agents as I sent her a copy of my contract and could prove that I haddn't missed any payments so they have never been contacted. FIngers crossed it will be the same for you. I think from reading on here landlords are pretty good on the whole and as long as you keep up to date with the payments for your rent you should be okay. Try not to worry.

is it a bad thing that i signed a lease which did mention BR and didn't declare it? i know it sounds daft, but if this is what it's gonna be like with letting agents then am gonna find me, my hubbie and 2 dogs homeless!
the agent only sorted out the lease and once i get the keys on saturday, the landlady will be our direct link for queries and payments (standing order), etc.
help?!

nope, didn't tell landlord anything, just thought i'd take my chances.
The lease didn't say anything about BR, so neither did I.
Just in the process of handing back keys to mortgage company.
Good luck with yours....

Congrats on ur move! hope u have settled in-just wondering did u have to notify ur landlord re BR? i move into our rented property on saturday and just signed the lease today. it said that a court order could be made to get me out of property if made BR but i haven't told them yet, waiting to hear if the OR will make me!
