it's not possible to say what your best move is without more information. Do you own a property? If yes is there any equity? Are you the sole owner? Are you in work? These are a few of the points that would help determine your best solution.
Even then there is no best solution fits all answer. In the end it boils down to what is right for you in your own mind.
