The examiner/OR will either ask on the phone or by letter what they will need you to send down to them prior to your interview.I would not worry if you dont have some of the things they ask for, just explain this to them as they can quite easily obtain some of the things you dont have.
Try not to worry though, your now well on your way into your new debt free life and this is just one more hurdle to overcome and then you can forget about it.
I know that i felt really awful about the court date but then that was not that bad, i spoke to my OR on the phone on the same day and the the examiner called me a few days later and made the appt for the telephone interview. She then made me feel so much at ease that even though i still had that hurdle left i knew that i would be able to get through it, and now i look back and i know that i was worrying for nothing.
Good luck
Jo

Posted - 01 November 2008 : 06:33:01 they will interview you probably by phone and may ask for various documents if you are working. One tip is to make sure you fully use up your allowable expenses (see insolvency service website and search for this) so that your outgoings are as near as possible equal to your incomings to reduce the chance of an IPA. You may get a nil tax code IPA, anyway.

each office works differently and it will also depend on your case. Don't worry, the examiner will let you know at interview which statements/documents he would like to see.
