I filed for br back in October but I have just realised that I missed one creditor off, the amount is only very small so is it better to just pay it or do I need to tell the OR?

I agree with Nat call your OR on Monday and explain to them that you missed this one off.
I would def NOT pay them as now that your a BR all your creditors are to be treated the same and the OR will deal with any monies they get and not you.
If you did that as Nat has said could cause you to get into a lot of trouble.
Best of luck

For more info on how i have come through bankruptcy and for links to help, you can read my blog here called:
You need to let your OR know and they will sort it. It shouldn't be a problem like you say it's only a small amount I guess if it was a large amount they wouldn't be so impressed. Don't pay the debt off as that will more than likely land you in hot water with the OR. Nat
