Posted - 14 November 2008 : 10:50:14 I don't know about business procedures but if it's individual, depending on the court involved, it's mostly one on one. The most public it will get is 1) if there's a waiting room with other people in the same situation) and 2) the advert in the London Gazette and possibly the local paper. So other than the latter, not very much at all :)
