Every time i make a payment to them, the interest or charges are always more than my contribution. Is bankruptcy a good option. And, how likely is my case to get turned down?

Welcome:-)
What assets do you have if any. Do you have any other debts that may be able to be tied in if you do go BR.
Whats your I&E.
Sorry to be so personal but we need a bit more info so that we can offer better advice.
Have you looked at any other payment plan like DMP or an IVA?
