Posted - 14 November 2008 : 14:40:24 I became voluntarily bankrupt in June this year due to my business becoming insolvent. Beforehand some companies put charges against my property. Today another company sent me a letter trying to do the same, is this allowed while the official receiver is in control of my property?

I believe the short answer is NO to that one. I take it they had been included in your SoA.
You are now protected against any further action from creditors and i would say to you to contact your OR and inform them of this letter.
Take care
