my pay has risen for the coming year,OR knows about.can i spend some of the money on expenses as solicitors.my previous employer who overpaid my salary has reported me to my professional organization and will have a hearing soon.need a defence otherwise may loose my job and licence. with OR permission can a BR claim such expenses as lawyers,dental treatment ?

thanks Paul I will discuss it with OR any way as this a really tricky one I can not take loans, but will need to be represented to keep my job

Hi abd

Sory to hear you are having a rough ride.

You need to discuss allowable expenses with the OR as the solicitor issue is a delicate one.

If you loose your job then no chance of an IPA, however the solicitors costs may be several thousands.

dental treatment ought to have been included in your first submission. You will probably find that the OR will view additional household costs as a was of disposing of surplus income so tread carefully.
