How much disposable income are you allowed before they consider an ipa?

Have you thouht about posting your I&E on the forum....you will get alot of advice about figures, what you can account for etc etc.
Im not sure on the CTC you receive, but know they dont take the CB into account.

well as my income is only child tax credit of £412 pm and my child benefit of £120 a month which they dont count do they?all other income is my husbands he pays all bills i just buy food and electric.do you think they may take an ipa my husband probably takes home about £1080 pm and we have 2 children aged 8 and 1,our housing costs are pretty much the norm.what do you think?

Hi

Technically, at £99 per month DI you will not get an IPA. At £100 they will take £50 per month for 3 years.

That said if you submitted an SoA in which your DI was £99 the examiner will try their damdest to reduce one or more of your expenditure claims in order for you to qualify for an IPA.
