Posted - 26 November 2008 : 20:00:31 I will add to that also - I went to see the CAB way back in May when my debt problems started looming and the one near me didn't have a clue whatsoever.
At the time I was looking into IVA's and they had not even heard of them!!!
Doing them online seems to be the most popular way of doing it and post any questions you have on here and you will normally get a reply very soon.
Good luck!

Posted - 26 November 2008 : 19:35:34 I agree with John.....CAB did not have a clue near me and were more of a hindrence than help.
Are you doing them online or by hand.
I personally did them online and like John says did all the easy bits first, then worked my way through the rest. Luckily when you do them online you can save them as you are going along, therefore do not need worry if you get anything wrong, as you can submit them only when your ready, even the last minute if you want to.

Posted - 26 November 2008 : 17:03:13 Hi
the only place I know is CAB but they do not have any experience of what happens once they are completed, based on the information listed.
Your best option is, complete all sections which are purely matter of fact first. Any sections you are not sure of tackle them one at a time and use this forum for advice.
