Posted - 27 November 2008 : 11:35:50 The issuing section of the High Court have told me that because I have been living in the Netherlands (since Aug 2007) it will be the judge's decision (on the day) to accept or reject the petition being made in the UK. The debts all originate in the UK. Can you help?
