Needafriend	Posted - 27 November 2008 : 15:11:16 Hi D&C Its one of the questions that can purely depend on the OR and how quick they get the ball rolling. It can take a month or 2 or even sometimes longer to set up. Our NT Code IPA took just over 2 months to set up, but it is down to the OR in the end. Take care and keep posting.
